Dawn Vachon doesn't call her work Vanilla Bean Dream, that's my description of the clay she's created for this range of serving ware. It's a warm clay with little black flecks through it, the vessels are glazed with a clear gloss on the inside and sanded smooth on the outside - very nice indeed. I like the way they stack and can be inverted for height. Very smart.
